If, upon receiving your order, you notice that the package is damaged or items are missing, you may refuse the package by filing the appropriate report with the Nova Poshta representative or by contacting our manager to arrange a return according to our policy.

Return Conditions

  1. Return Period

    • You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of the Product

    • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
    • The product must not be used or damaged. Hygiene products and cosmetics are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, which establishes the list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason, perfumery and cosmetic products of appropriate quality cannot be exchanged or returned.
