Delivery and Payment
We care about our customers’ comfort and provide clear and transparent terms of delivery and payment.
Delivery within Poland
Delivery is carried out exclusively within Poland via InPost (parcel lockers and courier service), in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
⏱ Delivery time: 1–2 business days from the moment of dispatch.
📦 Order processing and shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday)
- Orders placed during weekends (Saturday–Sunday) are shipped on the next business day (Monday)
Shipping costs are determined according to the current InPost rates and are borne by the customer.
International Shipping
If you are interested in delivery outside of Poland, please contact our customer support team.
We will individually arrange the most suitable shipping option for you, depending on your location and preferences.
Orders can be shipped from Poland to other countries (e.g. within the EU), with the delivery method agreed upon with the customer in advance.
