2. Definitions

  • Customer – a person making a purchase
  • Store – the online store
  • Product – cosmetic products offered in the store
  • Agreement – a distance sales contract

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

3.1. The agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order.

3.2. Orders are placed via the website.

3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation.

4. Orders

4.1. The Customer is required to provide accurate data:

  • full name
  • address
  • email
  • phone number

4.2. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect data or lack of payment.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. All prices are indicated in PLN (Polish złoty).

5.2. Available payment methods:

  • online payment (Visa, MasterCard)
  • bank transfer

5.3. Payments are processed via a secure payment provider.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out exclusively within Poland via InPost.

6.2. Delivery time is 1–2 business days.

6.3. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

7.2. The product must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging

8. Exclusions from Return (Cosmetics)

Due to the nature of the products (cosmetics), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • opened
  • used
  • with damaged packaging

for hygiene and health protection reasons.

9. Complaints

9.1. In case of defective products, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.

10. Liability

10.1. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Customer.

10.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Personal Data

12. Final Provisions

12.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.

12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Poland.
